Services

Four practices. One standard.

Each engagement is scoped to your situation rather than sold from a menu. What stays constant is the sequence, the documentation, and the rule that you are invoiced only after a milestone is delivered and approved.

01

Business Strategy & Growth Planning

Growth stalls for specific, findable reasons. We work through the market position, the economics of each revenue line, and the capacity of the business to actually deliver more, then produce a prioritised roadmap with owners and dates attached. The output is a plan that tells you what to do first, what to defer, and what to stop doing entirely.

  • Market and competitor assessment
  • Revenue and margin modelling
  • Pricing structure review
  • Growth roadmap with milestones
  • Opportunity sizing and prioritisation
  • Go-to-market sequencing
02

Operations & Process Improvement

We map how work actually moves through the business, find where it queues, doubles back, or depends on one person's memory, and rebuild the process around what the team can realistically sustain. The emphasis is on removing steps before adding tools, so improvements hold once we are gone.

  • End-to-end workflow mapping
  • Bottleneck and rework analysis
  • Standard operating procedures
  • Capacity and resourcing review
  • Vendor and supply chain assessment
  • Systems and tooling recommendations
03

Financial Planning & Performance

Numbers should drive decisions, not just record them. We build budgets and forecasts that reflect how the business really behaves, isolate where margin is genuinely made and lost, and set up reporting that a busy owner can read in ten minutes and act on the same day.

  • Budgeting and scenario forecasting
  • Cash flow planning
  • Margin and cost structure analysis
  • KPI definition and dashboards
  • Management reporting design
  • Investment and expansion appraisal
04

Organisational & Change Advisory

Most improvement plans fail at the point people have to change how they work. We address structure, accountability, and sequencing together, so the change is designed around the team that has to carry it rather than announced at them.

  • Structure and reporting line review
  • Role clarity and accountability mapping
  • Change sequencing and rollout planning
  • Leadership team facilitation
  • Performance framework design
  • Post-implementation review

Process

How an engagement runs.

The same four steps apply regardless of practice area or engagement length. You always know which step you are on and exactly what triggers the next invoice.

  1. STEP 01

    Consult

A working conversation about the situation, the constraints, and the outcome you need. No cost, no obligation, and an honest answer on whether we can help.

  2. STEP 02

    Written scope

Deliverables, milestones, fees, currency, timelines, and refund terms documented in an agreement and signed before work begins.

  3. STEP 03

    Delivery

Work is produced and reviewed with you, then revised as reasonably needed until the milestone meets the agreed outcome.

  4. STEP 04

    Approval and invoice

You approve the milestone. Only then is it invoiced, payable by Stripe or PayPal on the terms in the agreement.

Fees and billing

The commercial terms, stated plainly.

This model is fixed and applies to every engagement. It is written into the agreement you sign and set out in full on our Terms page.

  • Every project starts with a consult

The initial consult carries no fee. Scope and milestones are agreed in writing before any billable work begins.

  • Work runs in defined milestones

An invoice is issued only after a milestone is completed, revised as reasonably needed, and approved by you. There is no upfront payment for undelivered work.

  • Revisions are included

Reasonable revisions required to reach the agreed outcome form part of the milestone. They are not treated as additional scope or billed as an upsell.

  • Unreached milestones are not charged

Where work has been performed but a milestone has not been reached, that milestone is not invoiced.

  • Pro rata refunds

If a project cannot be completed, you receive a pro rata refund for any milestone that was paid for but not delivered.

  • Written agreement governs

Full scope, fees, currency, timelines, and refund terms live in the signed agreement and on the Terms page. Fees are quoted in USD unless the agreement states otherwise.

Payments are accepted through Stripe and PayPal. Invoices are issued against approved milestones and are payable on the terms set out in your agreement. Full detail is available on the Terms & Conditions page.

Bring us the problem as it actually is.

The consult is free and you will get a straight answer on whether an engagement makes sense.
